I want to be someone like that, too.

I'll be alright. I can protect myself if I have to. I'll make sure to be more careful, if you want me to be. It's really not about me though– you're the one who has to be careful. People could take advantage of you because you're kind. I could have easily pretended to help you before taking what you have and leaving.

Many different people have their own view of what's right or wrong. Their opinions might conflict with others and people might get hurt from it. There's really no right answer, I think. If you think that something is alright, then you should stick with that feeling. You could end up changing your mind or continuing to follow that kind of mindset.
