venue is booooooooked. i can’t believe we are actually doing this. we are doing our 10 year vow renewal in september 2028. we signed our venue contract and it’s actually happening. i have been manifesting this wedding for 10 friggen years

dog update : brook had tplo surgery and we over 8 weeks PO and let me tell you this dog is another species. she was well over the bell curve during recovery and the surgeon said she recovered great. we are getting her ready to start running again. we used to go on 12 minute walks - now she’s surpassing 30-40 minutes. she’s like a new dog. no more moans and groans, no more hesitation. she still isn’t jumping up on furniture which i’m glad because i’m afraid she’ll tear something but other than that she’s like a puppy. i’m so glad she’s no longer in pain and hoping we can check out some walking trails in the future now that she can keep up with my other dog.

my ten year wedding anniversary is 3 years away and i’m finally getting around to seriously plan a view renewal. i know this shit is hella expensive so i’m giving myself 3-4 years to save or plan or whatever we’re doing. im torn between a few ideas of either having the wedding we wanted with everyone to going abroad with a tight knit group and doing it there. i’m trying to figure out prices and narrow down exactly what we want. i’ve reached out to some venues in hopes of finding what im looking for
