New Make Up Experiment!
I've uploaded more pictures from my most recent Make Up Experiment/Halloween Costume. This was my first real attempt at creating and applying a latex prosthetic. I have no professional training with Special Effects Make Up, but I've been playing around with stuff and learning. I think my edges could be better but, I'm pretty happy with the over all look. I'd be happy to recreate it for someone for Halloween 2013!
Lacey's Bridal Trial and Boudoir Shoot
Caught up with my friend Lacey a few weeks back to do a trial for her bridal make up. She also got Boudoir Photos done that day (that was well planned) and she even sent me some. Doesn't she look gorge!? Such a great model!
She looked amazing for the big day as well, hopefully I can get my hands on some photos soon, until then, Instagram tease!
Had a little fun with my Cousin-In-Law after seeing The Dark Knight Rises.
I was inspired to do a dramatic Cat Eye, but the look ended up being much more pin up than Cat-Woman, I think it's partly because my model is such a big sweetheart, turned out cute though! Thanks Karen for letting me take over your face for an evening.

I was lucky enough to attend the International Makeup Artist Trade Show (IMATS) Vancouver with my good friend and fellow Makeup Artist, Leah Cuff. Leah was representing exhibitor Ben Nye and did 2 demonstrations at the trade show, one of which was a body paint on me! Here are some of the pictures I took from the show.
