Thraciel's namesake, 'Ironthorn', is a mystical blade grafted onto a dryad's branch. The blade has won many battles against evil forces, and resisted the threat of corruption time and time again. To ensure the blade remains pure, Thraciel bathes it in the blessed waters of a moonwell. She herself, however, is rejected by such purity, an ever present reminder of her curse.

WoW - Sunset over Darkspear Strand (Sketch)

I knew I wanted to draw Sen'jin Village for this Durotar series, but I wasn't sure how I was going to tackle it. Drawing all of that troll architecture seemed overwhelming @_@

But as I was swimming back to the village to turn in the Echo Isles quests, I saw a beautiful sunset over the far hills illuminating the village and the Darkspear strand.

Also had to include the graveyard I just rezzed at after a mage and I pulled the whole dang island along with Zalazane 😂 (my first death on this char)

I hope this scene kindles my fellow Darkspear trolls' hearts 💚

Apparently today is art posting day.

I finally got tired of the lack of consistent maps for Quel'Thalas, especially pre-3rd-war Quel'Thalas, so I put my graphic design skills to work. Because what good is having the skill if you don't use it for the most frivolous things that make you happy?? And now I have maps I can reference for all my fics 😈

And yes, anyone who read the most recent chapter of @qwrite's In Pursuit, these are the maps she referenced, and the provinces/marches.
