Looking back at pictures from 2 years ago makes me sad. I was so thin and fragile and my face was gaunt but I couldn’t see it, I remember how I thought I looked at that exact point and it was a great deal bigger. I was struggling so much but wasn’t able to admit it to myself, I was so ill. I am proud of how far I have come, despite it being a huge battle. I never want to be there again regardless of what my messed up thoughts tell me. I only wish I’d realised sooner.
