Coconut Shell Lamps Cast Seductive Patterns of Light and Shade
Artist Vainius Kubilius constructs handmade lamps from coconut, suede and cork with the company of other organic materials, which cast unusual and stunning patterns on every corner of a room, including the ceiling and floor. By creating both light and shadow, Kubilius intricately composed patterns produce an atmospheric setting, which was drilled meticulously. The snake-like stand of each piece also adds to the seduction and intrigue of each design. You can find more of these unconventional and beautiful lamps on his Etsy shop here.
