Ledges and Wedges. notthegodloki.
There was an eerie attraction the petite woman couldn’t shake regardless how uncomfortable it made her. Her skin crawled with a similarity of past events that she couldn’t recall. But when? Straining herself only gave the raven a headace and in the moment she’d let her guard down to press against her temple, a feint whimper caused her body to seize in pure fear. A throaty gasp of air was the only thing she could manage in the first few seconds, she had completely forgotten to breathe “H-Hello??”
Loki could only hope that she wasn’t hearing things or that it wasn’t something demonic.
Grasping the edges with a heightening panic, Mitsu closed her eyes and tried to bring her focus inward on her breathing. Above the booming beats of her heart, Mitsu heard a hesitant reply to her own lacking cry for help. Opening her eyes, she looked at the edge of the ledge. The person who had replied had to be down there. Inching forward, she could almost see beyond it but she held back. Scurrying back so that her own back was against the wall, she called out again. “H-Hi...” Her voice was near a croak and so Mitsu swallowed and tried again. “I-I’m stuck.”
