This shows hoe I am thinking of setting up my presentation for the show

This is to show how the pattern was made in Lectra for the life vest.

I started off with a basic block for front and back; making the head and arm holes slightly bigger,

I then draw out the shapes of the tubes. I measured the length of the tube the red line represents the length of the tube. 

I then aded 50mm on either side of the red line to create the green shape. these shapes represent the lining of where the tube will be.

This shape I then used move and marry to extract it from the block and enlarge.

The tube needed to be 100mm wide to be wide enough to go over the tube and allow it to budge out the front and not stick out the back. So to do this I split the  piece length ways in half and added this in the middle.

I then extracted the new shape from this.

it the also need to be longer to be able to cope with the tube turning in it. To do this I split the shape every 100mm and added another 100mm between each if the shapes

TECH_PACK

I decide to make my tech_pack as an animation as its meant to show you how you could replicate the tent jacket with you own tents. I have also included a section at the end where it shows how to put up the tent as I doubt that many people would know how to and I think this would come in very handy.

As everything is made from sourced pieces it very unlikely that anyone would be able to find the exact same stuff to replicate what I have done exactly however I wanted to show that you could easily do a similar thing with a tent that you sourced.

Updated colour palette

I added purple too it as I had soured some leftover purple polyester which I used for toiles but then also decided to use it in as the waist band on the vest so there would be more of a clear break between the life vest and the tent jacket

This shows what the different stages in clothes look like I did them all on there project and then brought them all together into one at the end.
