The Qing dynasty saber sword is made of 1095 high carbon steel, clay tempered with a polished mirror-like surface. It is a very strong sword made with traditional methods which combines the characters of toughness and flexibility and results in a genuine hamon (temper line).

Differentially Hardened "oracle" Katana, the blade is made in the shinogi-zukuri geometry with very differentially hardened T-10 carbon steel which has a superior heat treatment with smooth and elegant natural hamon.
