Hello my dear! I have heard of this disease! I’m actually super excited to write this let’s goooooooooo

The first time Jumin saw you was when he invited you over to stay because of the security breach at the apartment.When you stepped in, he couldn’t help but stare at you and your beauty.You were beautiful.When you looked at him, when he could see your eyes, it moved him.

But something about you seemed so forlorn.So melancholic.He wanted to get closer to you but somehow it was like you had built an invisible wall around you.

During that time, he noticed petals.There weren’t many but they were so out of place that he could do nothing but notice them.Then one day he saw it.He had come back late from work and as he searched the house for you, he passed by the balcony.He had the urge to open the door and hug you from behind but instead, he stood still and watched your back as flower petals floated away in the wind. Then as you turned around, he watched as the last petal flew out of your mouth and floated on air.He was shocked but something about it was unexpectedly mesmerising.

After that day, Jumin felt as if he needed to mention but he never did. He never could. Whenever he wanted to say something, he would remember how you looked that day and refrained. He didn’t know what had come over him, before, he would say what he was thinking almost instantly but now he just couldn’t get that image of you out of his mind.

He couldn’t get you out of his mind.Every moment of every day he couldn’t stop thinking about you.It was at this point where he realised that he loved you.

So he couldn’t help but worry.

One day after dinner, the two of you separated for some time alone. Jumin read the newspaper in the living room while you vacated to the balcony again. He kept a constant eye on you.Every night, he noticed that you would walk out to the balcony and every night he noticed the same flower petals that would escape your mouth.

Then one night, he noticed that you weren’t standing where you usually did. He rushed up from the couch and ran out to the balcony where he found you collapsed onto the floor in a bed of flower petals.The most beautiful disaster.

He couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He didn’t believe it at first as he called the doctor’s integrity into question but the more the doctor explained your condition, he started to realise that what was happening to you was true. He was coming to terms with your reality.Jumin sat by your bedside while you slept. He was told that your condition wasn’t deadly but it hurt you.The pain of a longing heart.The only way to cure you was if your love was reciprocated….Or if you died.He hated thinking of that.Jumin looked as your peaceful face, wondering how you could stand the pain.Who did you love so painfully?He couldn’t help but wish that you would stop.He wished that you would just fall in love with him instead.He thought about holding your hand and using his thumb to caress it but he held back and just sat by you quietly, waiting for you to wake.

Jumin was still sleeping when you woke up in the early morning. You sat up in the bed, watching him as he dozed off with his arms crossed and brow furrowed. It made you laugh, to see him so uncomfortable but you couldn’t help but worry about him too. You decided to wake him up, hoping he’d get a taxi to go sleep at home.He slowly opened his eyes and straightened his back before asking if you were alright. Your reply didn’t satisfy him as the worry on his face seemed to grow.“I’m fine, really,” you told, doing your best to smile but it wasn’t doing it. He knew everything now.“Who is it,” he asked, ”who’s causing you this pain?”You tried to play it off and tell him it was nothing but he didn’t buy it.“Stop hurting because of this one person, you’ll say I don’t know anything but please,” he pleaded with you, the pain audible in his voice,”please.”He didn’t know what to do now. He felt hopeless. He didn’t know who you were in love with. Would he be able to survive a broken heart?He watched as you clenched your fists and couldn’t help but feel as if something was about to go wrong.“Jumin-”“Why don’t you just fall in love with me?”He could see the look on your face. Absolutely dumbfounded. You just stared at him as he went on. He held your hand with both of his as he looked into your eyes.“Fall in love with me. Then you won’t have to go through this pain ever again.”He felt his voice go hoarse for a moment but did his best to tell you his thoughts. The thoughts that had been plaguing him these past nights.He dropped his head down and touched his forehead with your hand, hoping that you would say something soon.

“But I am in love with you.”

He immediately lifted his head to look at you. His eyes darted, looking for an explanation. It made you laugh.“I love you Jumin.”His look of confusion slowly evolved in a smile as he kissed your hand.Then your cheek.Your forehead. Your nose.Then your lips.When he pulled back, he saw a sparkle in your eyes. Okay, I’m giving this match up very hesitantly because I can’t quite decide on who’s the best for you but I THINK Saeran would be pretty good.

While we don’t know if Saeran likes music, he seems like somebody who would find comfort in listening to music. I think things like visual kei, jrock and kpop would confuse him at first but he’d get used to the thought of it. I just think he wouldn’t understand the culture behind it so I can’t say for certain if he’ll come to like it. He’ll definitely appreciate though.
