My Time

My time before bed, quiet, still and sometimes fun when Puppy is at my feet. The relief and comfort behind a clean face and clean teeth. The anticipation of laying my head down on my pillow, of pulling Puppy up to bed next to me, of quick kisses with Nelson. 

Then wonderful, pure darkness.
