I was listening to One Thing in a French Day and was inspired to make giant, 2-kilogram loaves (and some smaller ones as well).

Just can't have enough cookies.

I'm bringing scones to work again. 64 cranberry pecan scones to be precise.

Been a while since I made challah. These are braided from six stands of dough. Two small and one mammoth 1.5 kilo loaf.
