This Turkey Bacon Cranberry Sandwich is a delicious combination of smoky turkey bacon, sweet cranberry sauce, and savory turkey breast, all layered between whole grain bread slices with Swiss cheese and baby spinach. The tangy mayo-Dijon-honey spread adds a delightful kick to this flavorful sandwich, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 8 slices turkey bacon. 8 slices whole grain bread. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce. 8 slices smoked turkey breast. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 2 cups baby spinach leaves. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon honey.
Instructions: Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice. On 4 slices of bread, layer smoked turkey breast, Swiss cheese, cooked turkey bacon, cranberry sauce, and baby spinach leaves. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
