Sorry for disappearing 😅
The last few weeks have been hard, I was made redundant and there’s just been a lot of personal stuff going on, so health and fitness has sort of taken a backseat while I deal with other things. That being said I’m still proud of myself for not completely spiralling into unhealthy eating patterns and not exercising or moving my body at all. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any weight either, I’m still currently 215lb , the exact same as I was at my last weigh in a few weeks ago. It might not seem that great but to me I’m proud of myself.
After Halloween I plan to start working out more and meal prepping again, it’s one of the most helpful things. I was surprised to log back into this blog and see that people were still following my journey, so thank you to everyone, being able to share my journey with people had helped so much. I want to start using my blog more again to help with motivation and accountability. My asks are open and I’d love to hear from anyone on their fitness journey, any tips or advice they have on how to get back into a healthy routine after a break. Or if anyone just wants to say hi! 💛
I’ll succeed. Even if it takes time. I’ll make it.

Down 4lb this week! Actually surprised as I’ve been sick with the cold so definitely comfort ate sometimes. Can’t believe I’ve lost 20lb so far! ⭐️
