Catching up on sleep is important but I always think, once you miss it, you’re still tired, no matter how much you catch up. Is that weird?

Yes, I feel you! Totally not weird. That's why I try to hold back on taking naps, but it's so hard. It's Friday though, and tomorrow I can sleep in since it's Saturday. I hope I'm good... orz. My sleeping schedule is already messed up enough.
