I can almost hear her say that
Vincent Price - House of Wax (1953)

look! the moonlight shows us for what we really are. we are not among the living, and so we cannot die — but neither are we dead.
Thank you for being my dove. My one and only dove.
Though we may never touch again, I see you in the rhythms of this world and life. I still listen to the songs we played, see you in the wisps of a stranger's smoke.
Sometimes I wish I could've done more...apologized for the things I couldn't.
I know I probably shouldn't be opening old wounds. I just. Recently came back to this app, and I guess. A part of me, couldn't stand not knowing, if you were still here. A part of me, that can't help checking every couple days for your responses...and being unable to control sending more messages.
You were the most thrilling love of my life,,, how pathetic does that make me?
there's no need to hold onto things we should've said or done anymore, it feels like all that's eroded and only what's important is left.
i couldn't see you that way, pathetic i mean.
it's been an honor being loved by you,
it warms my heart to know there are still these pieces of us yearning for each other. seeking each other after all this time.
i wondered often if you've thought of me, so many times i wished you'd reach out
i'm so glad you did
you should call me, if it ever feels right
I'm sure i wouldn't, life always had a way for us huh?
I'm so beyond glad you're well, all I ever hoped for you.
Proud of you, keep crushing it.
Love you, then and now
i wanted not to be selfish,
but i guess i could never really help it.
i just had to tell you; i've written you so many letters of love and apologies and all of the things that've happened and all of the things that reminded me of you. i wrote them all accepting that i was whispering into the void, that we'd never touch again.
i came back to say that even though the words are lost, i feel like maybe my love reached you. maybe my best wishes for you traveled with the wind to wrap around you like i can't. i'd really like to think the universe was paying attention when i told her all about you.
i love you. i will carry this part of my heart that you've changed with me forever, thank you for teaching me this kind of love.
