I am pro-recovery!! This is for me.
My weight as it is now (7/25) is only 12 lbs down from 1/1, because I have gained stuff back and lost stuff throughout the year Dx But my hope is to have lost at least 20 or 30 lbs this year, I need to reach my goal weight by August of next year :c
