Calm down. How could he calm down when he felt like he had just swallowed a supernova and everything inside him was about to explode and create an entire new universe, parallel to this one, where nothing else mattered but the two of them–where they could be free and save from the heaviness of their responsibilities and their lives. If only such a thing was possible. If only, Eamon hoped in vain, there was a way for them to be something else other than what they had been born to be, what they had been brough up to be, what they only knew to be. For a brief moment, as it had happened before whenever they rushed and gave in wildly and unthinkingly into their desires together, he truly believed such a thing was possible. Then morning came, or that late night reminder of where he had to be or what he had to do, that imminent call to battle, one he chose and one he can’t get away from.
The couple they passed by wasn’t so much shocked as they were amused, the kid mostly confused for a second before his eyes shot open and then coughed, once, twice, and laughed. He was laughing too as Harlow noted his dementia, and perhaps he was crazy after all. “They’ll survive.” He called back, moving fast between parked cars all the way to his own, fumbling with the keys once he managed to find the truck and open the door. His lips found hers quickly, pulling at them lightly with his teeth once she was sitting, and he grinned with a low growl. “You can’t tell me to calm down when you stripped naked at the lake!” He shook his head, his eyes glimmering under the distant light from the lake house and the pale moon shine, his voice rimmed with both amusement and lust. It was like a game, Perfection, a timer waiting to burst if they didn’t make it home fast enough. “Yours or mine?” He asked, one exit closer than the other, his grip on the wheel paling knuckles. He looked at ther, eyes dancing around her figure and bit his own lip. He couldn’t care less by now if they stumbled all the way into his home and everyone saw them–it would be futile by now to deny it to be a thing. He didn’t want to, either. “Lils…” He urged the brunette to answer, fast, before he had to take a turn.
Harlow almost sighed in relief when the car came into view and she was finally placed within it’s confines, slightly more covered than she had been over Eamon’s shoulder, with her ass hanging out and body shivering from the cold breeze. Her shirt covered her, used as some kind of blanket rather than actually wasting the time to put it on only for it to be ripped off later on. The brunette whimpered slightly when his teeth tugged at her lower lip, her hand pulled at the wet material of his shirt in turn to bring him even closer, though she was quick to release in fear that they would never get out of this blasted parking lot. “Well, it’s obvious I didn’t think that through all the way, but I have to say, the look on your face was most definitely worth it.”
Her eyes remained on the road as she sat up, pressed against him in hopes that his body heat would somehow warm her up. Her hands wrapped around his arm while her gaze remained on the road for the most part, apart from the rare peck and kiss she placed on his neck. Sometimes, even going as far as to mumble sort words and promises of what would be done to him upon their arrival. It was evident that by the end, her attention had been turned elsewhere than on the road ahead of them. Hand running along his thigh, her gaze only then moved towards the two possible routes that would shift their night significantly. The pros and cons were evident. One was closer, far more dangerous and the other was further but safe. It was an easy choice, one she didn’t even have to think about twice. “Yours.” The brunette mumbled with a hint of mischief shining through her hazel gaze. “We’ll just have to be very quiet. Which is always half the fun.” Her grin widened. “Hurry up. I don’t know how long I can wait.” She told him, still shaking at his side due to the wind that wiped around the car. A warm shower or bed would be amazing right now, though she was certain that it wouldn’t take too long for her to warm up the moment they arrived and managed to get in a empty room together.
