What’s your calorie limit for the day?

For my OMADers… do you ever eat an unhealthy meal for your meal of the day? I just did and I feel like I wasted all my hard work and i hate myself.

Going to bed getting excited about weighing myself in the morning. It’s like a kid on Christmas Eve.
