I came across a line from this book not so long ago and it really tapped on my brain. How ridiculous to me now that I didnt realize there was a whole book. More so that I didn’t realize this book is in my house... how did that happen?

Whole food plant based.... I’ve really been trying to transition to this via the Eat To Live plan.
I really need accountability or something I can look at to keep me where I WANT to be. I’m tired of trying this and trying that and never sticking with anything. I know I feel better when I eat this way.
I’m feeling like I need to go beyond what I eat. I want to live my best life. That means just being nice to me...
