Time Bible prophecy is a progressive revelation. God has always intended it to be that way. God planned that some of end time Bible prophecy would not be revealed and understood until the very time of the end, until the terminal generation itself. Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Most Christians today are still living in the revelation of the 1970’s where end time Bible prophecy is concerned. That is why they are still believe the Antichrist will rise out of Europe. They know according to Nebuchadnezzar’s image the last, the end time Empire which will rule the world will be the revised Roman Empire. While this is true, they do not understand what the Roman Empire was, what it entailed. Since they think of Rome in conjunction with the Roman Empire, they look to the European nations to fulfill this portion of prophecy. However, the Roman Empire was so large and travel was so slow that the Roman Empire could not be adequately ruled from Rome alone. Therefore the Roman Empire established a second capitol. Rome was the western capitol and Constantinople was the eastern capitol. Europe was ruled from Rome. However, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Africa were ruled from Constantinople. The area of the eastern Roman Empire is the area we know today as Arabian or Muslim. Yes, the Antichrist will rise out of the revised Roman Empire, but not out of the European part of the Empire. Rather, the Antichrist will rise out of the eastern, Arab/Muslim part of the Roman Empire. As a matter of fact the Antichrist will rise from the seed of Ishmael, from the Muslim nations. Actually, the one Christians know as the Antichrist is the very same one Muslims know as the Mahdi. Before the creation of man, Lucifer tried to exalt himself to the place of Christ. Notice this passage says Lucifer wanted to be “like the most high”. Who is like the Most High? Jesus said, John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Look at the pattern, which has existed through all times and generations: 1. Lucifer tried to take the place of Christ. 2. Ishmael tried to take the place of Isaac. The Bible says that Ishmael “mocked” Isaac. However, this is very vague. Jewish tradition says that Ishmael took a bow with an arrow in place and taunted Isaac saying he was going to kill Isaac. That is why Sarah demanded that Abraham kick out Ishmael and Hagar. That also explains why God agreed with Sarah. 3. Satan tried to get Jesus to bow to him in the wilderness. 4. The Antichrist will once again try to take the place of Jesus Christ. The battle and the goal remains the same. Satan wants to take the place of the Lord Jesus Christ. That is why the Antichrist will never claim to be the Antichrist. He will claim to be the Christ. The prefix “anti” means to oppose, resist, and/or to replace. The Antichrist will oppose, resist, and seek to replace the true Christ. Satan’s pride drives him to demand to be worshipped. I have documented in the following table, using both the Bible and the Quran, that the Antichrist and the Mahdi are one and the same. The Lord has laid it on my heart to show you, in a very real and understandable way, that we truly are the terminal generation; the generation living in the very end of the end times. Crucial Definitions Jesus Christ – Jesus is the only begotten Son of (Yahweh) God. He is the one and only Savior of the world. He is the one and only way to (Yahweh) the one and only true and living God. Jesus is the one and only name mankind can call on to be saved. Jesus is the Christ, the anointed one, the Messiah. (John3:16, John 14:6, Acts 4:12) One Messiah - Two Expressions, Two Comings Messiah ben Joseph – (Jesus’ Birth, First Coming) The Suffering Servant, Sacrifice, Savior, Redeemer, Deliverer Messiah ben David – (Jesus’ Second Coming) The Coming Conquering Warrior King, The King of kings and the Lord of lords Mahdi – The one the Muslims see as the twelfth Imam and the Islamic Messiah. Antichrist – The one who will oppose, resist, and seek to take the place of Jesus, the true Christ. He will try to deceive people and turn them away from the real Jesus Christ. We Live In A Time When . . . The Jews are expecting the Messiah to come to set up the earthly kingdom of God from the throne of David in Jerusalem, Israel, literally at any moment. The Christians are expecting the rapture (Jesus to come in the clouds and take the Church out of the earth) and the beginning of the Time of Jacob’s Troubles (The Great Tribulation), at literally any moment. The Muslims are expecting their Messiah, the Mahdi, to come and force all of the people of the world to convert to Islam or die, and to kill all the Christians and Jews, literally at any moment. They Are All Right - Jesus is coming again very soon. The Antichrist is coming before hand to try to oppose and to seek to replace Him; to try to deceive the world and turn people away from and against the true Jesus Christ. Jesus will recue the Jews, Israel, and Jerusalem and the Jews eyes will be opened to see that He is the Messiah they have been waiting for. In doing so, Jesus will also show the Mahdi as being the Antichrist and will defeat him and his armies once and for all. How far into the end times are we? We are so far into the end times that the way is being prepared for the Antichrist to make his appearance and to begin his rise to 7 years of rule. That means the rapture and Jesus’ Second coming are very, very close. ELEVEN PROOFS THE ANTICHRIST IS THE MAHDI * PROOF #1. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist Will Be A Leader Who Has The Ability To Speak Boldly. “…and a mouth speaking pompous words.” Daniel 7:7-8 “… And he was given a mouth speaking great things…” Revelation 13:5 MAHDI - The Mahdi will be a leader who has the ability to speak boldly. “He will be so powerful that if he… shouts among the mountains, hard rocks will turn into powder…”. (Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 32; Al-Hurr al-Amili, Ithbat al-Hudat, Vol. 6, p. 19) * PROOF #2. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will be accompanied by the false prophet who will lead people into serving him. “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image.” Revelation 19:20 MAHDI - The ‘Muslim Jesus’ (who is NOT the Christian Jesus) will return to help the Mahdi to be accepted by the world. “ The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts).” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 43: Kitab-ul-`Ilm (Book of Knowledge), Hâdith Number 656) The Mahdi will also have a powerful army (Caliphate/Jihad) that will do damage on the earth and will ultimately causing all to follow him. “Mahdi will receive a pledge of allegiance as a caliph for Muslims. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will change times and laws. “He..shall intend to change times and laws.” Daniel 7:25 MAHDI - The Mahdi will more than likely adopt the Islamic calendar thus changing the times. In addition he will implement Shariah law changing the secular laws. “He…will govern the people by the Sunnah of their prophet and establish Islam on the earth.” (unan Abu Dawud, Book 36, Number 4273, Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu’minin) * PROOF #5. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist is described as a rider on a white horse and bringing bad things for the world. “…Behold a pale horse. He that sat on him…went forth conquering and to conquer.” Revelation 6:2 MAHDI - The Mahdi comes riding on a white horse. “It is clear that this man is the Mahdi who will ride the white horse and judge by the Qur’an (with justice) and with whom will be men with marks of prostration (zabiba) on their foreheads.” ‘Izzat and ‘Arif * PROOF #6. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist and false prophet will promote a one world religion. “ He…causes as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed..” Revelations 13:15 MAHDI - The Mahdi will make Islam the only acceptable religion. “He…will govern the people by the Sunnah of their prophet and establish Islam on the earth.” (unan Abu Dawud, Book 36, Number 4273, Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu’minin) * PROOF #7. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will execute all those who refuse to worship him through beheading. “I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. ” Revelations 4:20 MAHDI - The Mahdi will execute infidels, anyone who does not believe in Islam, through beheading. “I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off.” Surah 8.12 “Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), strike off their heads…” Surah 47:4 * PROOF #8. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will kill Jews and Christians. He will kill anyone opposing him. “He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them…” Revelation 13:7 “The dragon (Antichrist) stood in front of the woman [Israel] who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born.” Revelation 12:4 MAHDI - The Mahdi will kill anyone who refuses to convert to Islam. He will kill the Jews and the Christians. “Muslims take neither Jews nor the Christians for your friends. They are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their numbers. Allah does not guide wrongdoing.” Surah 5.51 “Slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush for them.” Surah 9.73 * PROOF #9. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will attack and conquer Jerusalem. “For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken…” Zachariah 14:2 MAHDI - The Mahdi will conquer Jerusalem. “Jerusalem will be the location of the rightly guided caliphate and the center of Islamic rule, which will be headed by Imam al-Mahdi.” (Sahih Muslim, Book 041, Number 6985) * PROOF #10. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist performs many signs, wonders, and miracles. “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,” 2 Thessalonians 2:9 “And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast…” Revelation 12:13-14 MAHDI - The Mahdi performs many signs, wonders, and miracles. “In the last days of my Ummah [universal Islamic community], the Mahdi will appear. Allah will give him power over the wind and the rain and the earth will bring forth its foliage. He will give away wealth profusely, flocks will be in abundance, and the Ummah will be large and honored…” (Sahih Hakim Mustadrak, related by Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (4:557 and 558), as quoted by Kabbani p. 233) * PROOF #11. ANTICHRIST - The Antichrist will make people receive a mark on the hand or forehead to pledge allegiance to him. “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:” “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:16-17 MAHDI - Followers of the Mahdi mark themselves with headbands on the foreheads and/or right hand or arm containing the “Bismillah” Many Muslims terrorists already wear a banner, a headband that has squiggles the forehead. These squiggles are actually Arabic writing. The phrase or symbol is known as the “bismillah” which is actually the insignia or mark, the number, and the name of Allah. It is also worn wrapped around their right hand or arm. Or it can be worn as a badge or patch on their right arm. Do you see it? Do you see it all coming together? Do you see how it all exactly fits into the end time scenario exactly as God said it would be? We are living in the most urgent time the earth has ever known. We are living in the end of the end times. The Antichrist is alive and well and is setting up his rise to power even as I write this. But that means Jesus is coming for the Church very soon. Get ready, be ready, live ready to meet Him and tell everyone you know to do the same.
