as we all know, the Dursleys live at number 4, privet drive. the number “4” is known to represent stability, order and completion of justice. this could signify the Dursleys need to be normal, and for harry to be punished because he is different. a “privet” is a type of shrub that sheds its leaves annually, which could signify harry’s return to privet drive each year. “drive” could refer to the fact that the Dursleys pushed Harry away and treated him HORRIBLY, making him feel unwanted
