Guys I need HELP

A guy I talked to over the summer last year won’t stop adding me on snap and making new usernames and adding me by phone number. He even got a new number and started texting me a couple months ago. Idk what to do he won’t leave me alone. I also blocked his phone number a while ago and I keep blocking his new snap chats he makes. I’m kinda scared please give advice.
