Matcha Ice Cream from a Japanese Convenience Store!
There are thousands of convenience stores that can be found across Japan. It is known as Konbini. They primarily sell food, including a large range of meals, snacks, and sweets, such as onigiri (rice balls), sandwiches, bread, chips, candy, instant ramen, and microwave meals. There are other goods available including body care products, cosmetics, batteries, umbrellas, and newspapers. The selection changes frequently and often varies by season as well. Most convenience stores are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Oh aside from ramen, vacation trip in Japan is incomplete without slurping an udon noodle soup. Udon is a type of thick, wheat-flour noodle used frequently in Japanese cuisine. It is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form.
I’m so amazed at how big the noodle is and how delicious it is even though it’s a simple dish.
Uji Maccha Tiramisu from Maccha House that melts in your mouth. 😉

Perfect bite-sized ice cream that melts in the mouth. ;)
The softest and yummiest cheesecake/tart I have tasted are from Japan. I am yearning for it right now both from a famous shop and from a convenience store!

Ichiran Ramen is one of the most famous Tonkotsu (pork-based broth) ramen restaurants in Japan. Its ramen tastes milky and sweet, mixed with smooth-thin noodles and topped with sliced pork and their original spicy red sauce.
One of the things I love is that each individual booth has water tap and a glass.

Oh, Japan! One of my favorite countries that I’ve been to. Every time I visit this place makes me feel giggly in an exciting way. I just love the food, the culture, and the people. When it comes to food, Japanese people take seriously the quality of food and the packaging. Above all, I’m just amazed that every little detail they thought of it really well for convenience and fascination in the eyes. So I just want to share with you the best food trips in Japan that I have experienced.
