Lucas finds out he has a daughter, leaves the band, goes practically off the grid so he can focus on raising Marci and reconnecting with his family, and Yellow Tail adjusts to not having their lead guitarist and vocalist.

Then one day during the first night of their tour, they thank their fans for sticking with them through thick and thin, and the melody of an older song begins playing and the lights go out, and when they come back on, they’re in their old positions with Lucas front and center, looking hotter than ever and ready to rock the stadium

Lucas doesn’t care that Lucy broke his heart or left the band out of nowhere - he’s hurt and furious that she kept his daughter from him and he missed out so many of Marci’s milestones as a baby and toddler

Ann: soft pink matching shorts and top with bunny slippers

Pandetta: giant hoodie, pants are the devil and she’ll layer up with blankets before putting them onto sleep

Dotty: a red matching set she stole from Ella’s closet but under a cat onesie tbh she gets cold easily

Jay: pink hello kitty pajama pants, no underwear because if the girls can be comfy at home with no bra he chooses to be free too :/

I want everyone (aka moni & future me) to know if I wasn’t so damn determined to include all seven siblings I’d have rewritten the whole muse theme and make Lucas my main muse

yk sometimes I think of Marci’s friendship with Trent and Atlas lol to this day I believe she would have kissed both of them at some point but I could never see her picking one of them to date

Somethings will never change about Trent. He's still the sweetest person you've ever met. He's always going to put his family above all else. So if Marci cant choose between him and Atlas, he'll step aside and choose for her.

He'd rather for his own heart to be broken than anyone else.

and if she chooses neither, that's even better for everyone involved.

Marci will always be trents bestie! not going to lie i still think about our verses all the time! also trent might be a sweetheart but he has become a heart breaker lol he's always canceling dates because his family needs him. when his partners complain about it hes like "yeah. lets break up." and is never to heart broken about it.

Marci’s toxic trait is that she could never pick between them exactly for that reason! She’d rather pick neither and stay their best friend even if it might hurt at first. Both of them mean the world to her, ever since they were toddlers! So maybe she’s a little messy by kissing them both and not being able to commit to either but a little heartbreak and awkwardness is better than ruining all three of their friendships

If it’s any consolation, Marci gets family-first so she’d hardly be mad at Trent cancelling dates; she’s either joining him or just telling him to be careful depending on what’s going on.

And I think about our many verses every so often as well; I just can’t help but think of Lucas and Scarlet as soulmates even if they don’t end up together in every verse (I’m still soft for him and Lumina tho haha)

maybe my inspiration died cuz I stubbornly refused to admit I only had muse for Lucas and I didn’t want to consider turning the blog to focus on him when he started out as a guest character ten years ago smh
