playing her as herself, though it is a fine line between real and kayfabe given she put a lot of herself (and what she wished she was) into play. easiest way to explain it? she's a sweetheart with a sharp tongue and little patience. once you're on her bad side, you're there for the long haul and will be iced out like elsa got her bare hands on you.
