For the past two years, I have been separated from my children Katia, Nabil, Linda, and my wife, who were forced to flee the war while I remained in Gaza, unable to join them due to lack of money.

They have grown up far from my embrace, and I miss them every moment, as if my heart is with them but not with me.

I long for their laughter and voices, feeling a huge emptiness in every detail of my life.

Each night without them increases my yearning, and every picture of them makes my heart ache even more.

I count the days and nights, eagerly awaiting the moment I can hold them close again.

But my need for money to cover travel and departure costs remains a barrier to our reunion.

If you can help, any donation, no matter how small, will be a big step toward reuniting my family. I pray to God to bring us together soon so we can live with the safety, love, and warmth we have been denied.

I apologize for my absence.

Nabil, my 7-year-old son, needs me by his side… he needs his father to build his confidence and feel safe. He is shy and takes his time to respond, and sometimes I feel he needs me even more than his mother.

I am in Gaza, and the war has kept us far apart, while he has been in Morocco for two and a half years. The distance pains me every day, and even though his shyness keeps him quiet on WhatsApp, he still needs me.

I miss him more than words can express. I hope one day I can leave Gaza and be closer to my family, to play with Nabil, laugh with him, and support him step by step so he can gain confidence and realize how special he is. ❤️

Even from afar, I will always be by his side, loving and supporting him without limits… because he is my son, and being there for him means everything to me.

Around 1 million people live in Ghazzah city, and they all have to choose between being displaced once again, or facing death at the hands of the IOF. For those who are displaced, they will be forced to deal with the exhaustion and costs of travel and searching for somewhere to stay.

Some of the people who are being displaced are the relatives of my friend Hashem Bader. His brothers and sisters and their families are in the north of Ghazzah City, and now must flee south. However, they don't have anywhere to stay. 

To make things worse, one of Hashem's brothers is recovering from an injury caused by missile shrapnel, and only got out of the hospital a few days ago. Now, he has to flee from the north of Ghazzah City with his wife and children.

Hashem is trying to afford an empty lot for his siblings' families to set up a tent and stay in. However, the minimum price is for such a lot is $500. This doesn't even include the extra costs for things like travel, awnings, and bathrooms, as well as the ever vital and expensive food.

Hashem wants to use his fundraiser to help his relatives, but donations keep stagnating, often for days on end. Right now , Hashem's short term goal is to raise $1000, so his siblings and their families can evacuate and have somewhere to set up shelter.

For people in Ghazzah, donations can be a lifeline. Not only do they help people afford vital needs like, food, medicine, and shelter, but they also provide hope. Donations show care and support for Ghazzans in a tangible way, helping them get necessities while also letting them know there are people who want them to live and thrive, even as they suffer through years of genocidal war.

In the past, donations have allowed Hashem Bader @hashembadr and his family to purchase food, medical treatment for his injured niece, and shelter from harsh weather after their tent was destroyed by bombing. This support gave the Bader family hope for the future.

Unfortunately, this support hasn't lasted. Donations have been heavily stagnating for the Baders. Now, they regularly go for days on end without receiving any support.

The Bader family includes 26 people, all of whom are severely malnourished. Hashem's young niece, Suham, is suffering from chronic pain from an injury she hasn't been able to get adequate treatment for due to high costs and lack of medical supplies in Ghazzah.

The Bader family is starving and exhausted. They've been fundraising for well over a year, but they still haven't reached even a quarter of their goal. Its been three days since their last donation.
