A QUIEN LE IMPORTA MI VIDA. MIS PENSAMIENTOS, MIS EMOCIONES, MI EXISTENCIA
The Little Prince — Antoine de Saint-Exupery
This is the cutest book dedication I have ever seen.
Page 8: “Grown-ups never understand anything by themselves, and it is tiresome for children to always and forever explaining things to them.” —> Haha true.
Page 14: “And the little prince broke into a lovely peal of laughter, which irritated me very much. I like my misfortunes to be taken seriously.” —> Haha!
Page 21: How has the narrator been surviving all these days that he’s been talking to the little prince? I thought he had less than a week’s worth of water.
Page 28: “It is such a secret place, the land of tears.” —> Oh wow.
Page 32: “On our earth we are obviously much too small to clean out our volcanoes. That is why they bring no end of trouble upon us.” —> Hahah.
Page 35: Lol is this like a child’s retelling of Gulliver’s travels, with incompetent kings?
Page 40: I wonder how many people have gotten tattoos of illustrations from this book.
Page 43: So a tippler is a drunk? I’ve never heard that term before.
Page 51: “’Nevertheless he is the only one of them all who does not seem to me ridiculous. Perhaps that is because he is thinking of something else besides himself.’” —> Hm…
Page 56: “One can count, there, 111 kings (not forgetting, to be sure, the Negro kings among them)” —> Uh. What?
Page 58: How exactly has the little prince been traveling between planets this whole time?
Page 64: “‘That doesn’t make me a very great prince.’ And he lay down in the grass and cried.” —> Aww! Buddy!
Page 75: “I have always loved the desert. One sits down on a desert sand dune, sees nothing, hears nothing. Yet through the silence something throbs, and gleams…” —> This is beautiful and mysterious.
Page 86: “But a thought came to reassure him: ‘It is true that they have no more poison for a second bite.’” —> Oh no.
Page 91: I don’t entirely know what exactly it is that I just read.
2017, acabaste conmigo.

That's all.
That isn't all.
Really miss u
No merezco su atención.
No merezco todo ese amor.
God and my guardian angel watching me making dumb decisions that’ll eventually ruin my life
when I say my last two brain cells, this is exactly how I picture them
these ARE my last two brain cells
