To the 14 year old girl who didn’t think we’d ever make it anywhere because of all the lies we were being fed. You’re making it babe and I’m so incredibly proud of you, for not drowning even though everyone around you was holding your head underwater. Wow four years have gone by in a blink of an eye. I’m now in college for the 3rd time. I’m finally doing what I want to do and not what everyone tells me I should do. I’ve moved across the country. And I’ve met the love of my life. I actually couldn’t be happier with how my life has turned out.

To the person that I’ve officially given up on. Remember that I gave up on you not because I lost interest, not because I don’t love you, not because I don’t need you. But because you didn’t do anything to keep me. You didn’t try to prove to me that you loved me, or even remotely liked me. You didn’t try to talk to me, and/or you didn’t want to talk to me. You asked me what I can do to help you, and I said I can give you love and hope and compassion. You responded with thanks. You told me once that you loved me, but you didn’t do anything to prove it. You made me believe that I was the only one, but I should have known better. I should have seen it. I shouldn’t have given you everything just for you to tear me down. I shouldn’t have told you that you are my world. No matter how much pain I’m going through you don’t seem to care. You gave up before you even had the chance to try. That hurts me. Every time I think about how you left me hanging, I feel the rope become tighter. I feel the ache in my lungs when I try and gasp for air. I wanted you to save me. I wanted you to be my everything, but you clearly didn’t want that. You clearly didn’t want to try. Even if you had wanted to try, you didn’t show it. You never showed it; except for maybe a few times. That was what I got. I few attempts. I got true happiness for a week. I glimpse of mere happiness. I never knew how much I was missing until I met you. Never knew just how well I could breathe until you stumbled into my life. Tripping over yourself, and injuring yourself on the way down. Just know that. Just know that I needed you more than anything, and you left me to die. Hanging there, barely alive by a mere thread. Slowly running out of oxygen. Just know that I gave it my all, I gave you everything that I could give. I don’t do that for just anybody. I don’t just become this loving person for everyone who breathes. I only do for people that I truly care about. People that I truly want to spend time with. People that I truly love.

5 Don’ts of Crafting a Good Essay

Let’s start with the things you should avoid first:

Rushing through It

Always keep in mind that writing an essay also requires you to do extensive research, brainstorming, and proofreading, in addition to actually writing it. Each of these segments is time-consuming, which means you need to start managing your time a lot better if you don’t want the quality of your essay to suffer.

Failure to Use the Appropriate Language

Your essay is one place where you should avoid the use of jargon, colloquialisms, or slang. The tone with which you should address the reader should be both formal and informative. While it’s easy not to say “hey, y’all” in your essay, some examples, such as using “children”, instead of “kids”, are a bit harder to spot.

Relying on Gimmicks

While wanting to make your essay stand out is a good thing to have in mind, you should rely on your writing and the strength of your arguments to achieve that goal. By all means, restrict yourself from using “clever” gimmicks such as clip art, doodles, or jokes in your essay.

Plagiarism

Whether you are intentionally quoting or paraphrasing entire passages from various sources, or simply not citing your sources properly, you are committing an act of plagiarism, plain and simple. Make sure to include a list of references, or a bibliography if you will, at the end of every essay you write.

Not Editing Your Essay

Since an essay is a good opportunity to show off your writing chops, it is absolutely unforgivable to have it contain grammar or spelling errors, which is why you should always proofread it thoroughly. In addition to that, editing should include going over some of your ideas and improving them if there is room for it.

5 Do’s of Crafting a Good Essay

Always implement these 5 tips when writing an essay:

Brainstorming

In order to come up with a topic for your essay, or the best way to approach one given to you, it would be a good idea to do some serious brainstorming. Instead of taking the first idea that pops up inside your head and running with it, organize your thoughts first, so you can extract the right one which will become your thesis statement.

Conduct Thorough Research

You may have some great ideas and concepts that you’ll want to introduce in your essay, but if you don’t have the data necessary to support your theories, they’re not going to stand, which is why the research process is so important when crafting a well thought out essay.

Structure Your Essay

Before you start writing, come up with an outline for your essay. In addition to breaking up your essay into three basic parts, which are the introduction, the body, and the conclusion, you should introduce each idea using a separate paragraph, so that you can properly develop each one, and make it easier for the reader to follow.

Always Present Your Thesis Statement in the Introduction

The introduction of your essay should always contain your thesis statement. That way, you clearly indicate what you are going to be discussing in your essay and what the final conclusion will be.

Write the Introduction and the Conclusion Last

While it may seem logical to write your essay in a linear fashion, starting with the introduction, you should always write the body of your essay first, and then come up with the introduction and the conclusion last. It is those two segment that serve as a summary for your essay, so you need to have the body completed before you can wrap up everything.

Okay so this guy was walking down the ally behind my house and I was outside with my dogs. So I was trying to get them to come in the house without barking and making a big deal out of the guy walking. Anyways, I was talking to my dog Rosie and was tell her to come in the house and he was starring at me. So of course I’m a little sketched out and I bring the dogs in the house. Five minutes later he walks back down the ally carrying a fucking blender. Like what the actual fuck? Why does he have a blender? I don’t know, I don’t understand but I hope he stops walking down my ally.

Your girl’s gonna get herself a job. I’m excited as fuck. Been wanting one for a long as time cause I need shit. Also, I’ve decided that once I graduate I’m going to move to Chicago. Hella excited about that. So yeah that’s great. Love Life. 😘✌️

I have my first calculus test tomorrow and I’m actually so fucking scared. I have never been so scared for a math test in my entire life. Pray for me.

Okay so I’m sitting here wondering what the fuck went wrong with so many friendships that I had, like I genuinely don’t remember what happened, but something happened. Was it something I did to you? Was it something I said out of anger? Was it something you did to me? Like what the hell happened? There are so many people that I used to be friends with and I have no clue what the hell went wrong. Just that something went wrong. Like I wanna ask them what the hell happened, but I don’t want them to think that I’m just trying to start shit. I’m just genuinely confused. For example, this girl that I was best friends with in middle school has a baby and she’s constantly posting pictures of him, and he’s literally the cutest thing and I want to tell her that. But like we’re no longer friends and I don’t even remember what happened. Like it’s one thing to say hey that’s a cute outfit, or hey love those shoes where’d you get them?, but when it’s her kid. I really don’t want to start shit, but I want to be friends again. I just don’t know where to start.

It’s that time of the year again. Where everyone is getting asked to Homecoming and I’m just over here like I don’t exist. I honestly wish that someone would ask me, but that’s never going to happen, because that someone doesn’t see me as anything more than a friend. Ugh. I just want to be that girl that a guy gets all embarrassed for, and has a big proposal in front of the whole cafeteria and shit, but that’s never going to happen. I don’t even know why I kid myself every year thinking that it’s going to happen. I’m glad that this is my last year, I’m done with this heartbreak over and over.

have you gotten to the point where you talk to yourself out loud and people look at you like you're fucking nuts but not one person will ask you why you're talking/mumbling to yourself instead of to a person?

#have you because I have and I know that I have this habit but no one else will listen to what I have to say so I say it to myself..#i might be crazy but oh well.

I’ll be 18 in March and there are a couple of things on my wonderful wish list that my parents should totally fucking buy me. Hell they can even add Christmas in with it if needed.

1) A new mattress I’ve been needing one for the past 5 years now and it’s time for a new one.

2) a NEW mattress. because they love me and want me sleeping like the queen I am.

3) a new MATTRESS please love me thanks. love you 😘
