What are we going to do?
It's vamp politics. We're vampire hunters but we're not exactly allowed to interfere until a fight has started. I'd go and hunt her with Milton now, but this...until Maddie has given the order, there isn't anything we can do.
How can I help the pack and you and Parker until then?
(He watches Allan whittle.)
[The end of the stake steadily becomes sharper. Callisto can see that Allan's hands are shaking.]
We're going to need to gather materials for traps, make sure our hunting gear is ready, keep an eye on Parker and make sure she doesn't come into contact with him.
