In the spirit of the “Have You Seen This Movie” blog, this is to see how far people got in various book series. Suggestions welcome!

Welcome to Have You Read This Series!

My stepdad was wondering how far people tend to get in book series, so I started this blog to help satisfy his curiosity!

Each poll will have options for how many books in the series you’ve read. Please feel free to share stories in the tags or replies about how far you got and why!

Additional notes: listening to the audiobooks absolutely counts!

Graphic novel series are not only welcome, but encouraged! We love different book formats in this house!

I will only be posting series that have finished at least 3 years ago (at time of posting) so people have had time to read them. (So please don’t suggest The Locked Tomb or other ongoing/recent series, those will wait a few years assuming I’m still running this blog at that time).

Polls will be posted once a day at noon PST and stay open for a week. Please reblog the polls to help us reach a wider audience!

Edit 11/1/2023: Starting tomorrow, all polls will have a list of books in the series under the read more. If a series is particularly long, I might put a link to a list rather than making it manually.

When you say “I will only be posting series that have finished in the last 3 years (at time of posting)” do you mean that the final book has to have come out within the last three years or could I suggest something like Percy Jackson, that ended in 2009?

Thank you for this question! Apparently I had the opposite of what I meant in my pinned post. It was supposed to say “finished at least 3 years ago”, so something like Percy Jackson is exactly what I’m looking for with suggestions! (I already did Percy Jackson, so I don’t recommend suggesting that specifically 😊)
