Thanks again to our ASL interpreters, Austin "Awti" Andrews and Steven Nugent.
Sam's just so dang cute. Here is a shot from Saturday's show.

Moving Forward with S.E.X.
We had S.E.X. last weekend. Twice. And we gotta say, considering it was our first time, it wasn’t as painful, awkward, or embarrassing as it could have been -- it was actually a lot of fun!
(Read this review of Friday’s show on The Horn if you don’t believe us)
We’re definitely going to do it again. In fact, we want to do it again a bunch of times. And we hope you come.
But we are going to be making some changes for the future.
The venue wasn’t the right choice for our show, and we recognize that. Things weren’t promoted well, communicated clearly, and nothing started even close to on time. It was hot, we were understaffed, and two condoms fell off of Sam’s tophat. The list of “things to improve for next time” is a long one, but it’s one we’re on top of (or bottom of, if that’s your thing).
We can do better next time. And we’re bringing aboard the people who will help us do so.
If you came to one of the first shows, you can expect the same onstage pizzazz from us, energy and open-ness, just wrapped in a shinier, sparklier, even glitterier package.
Sign up for our sexy mailing list, or get connected on Twitter or Facebook to get an update when we release the dates, location, and theme of the next show, but don’t be surprised if it’s a bit… spookier that the first show.
Huge (HUGE) thanks to all of the volunteers who helped with tech, set-up, and breakdown; to Austin and Steve, our [vivacious, hilarious, talented] ASL Interpreters who volunteered their time to make Saturday’s show sexy for everyone; to Nyk & Chum (Karen’s partner and Sam’s manager/ad-hoc-therapist, respectively) for picking up slack they weren’t expecting to pick up; and to all you wonderful special people who came out for Our First Time.
Yours in S.E.X.,
Karen & Sam
