🤍 self-worth

I realized how self-worth is of an essence today and for the days to come.

Depending your happiness to anybody wont get you anywhere, even from your partner.

I lived the years with him as my source of happiness. And maybe, too much of that has finally happened.

Simply because things have changed. LDR is covering up that void between us. I dont even know when are we spending days together.

When I looked at it, i'll be spending an entire year thinking. So now, i have to say it's about time i step out of this situation, find the happiness myself first before loving him.

How can I have loved him when I have unwarily not loved myself first? He's too kind for himself, I must admit but I'm afraid I'm turning him into another person I might not know someday.

But it's mending.

Today, even how much I tell myself to not even bother texting him, I still did.

He updated me with sourness in his msgs.

But I am much calmer now.

Now let's see what surprises will tomorrow bring.

Becoming an adult sucks.

Sometimes, what you get to experience before will not happen again in the future even how much you hope for it. Being in love doesn't only mean you could go on a stroll, walking in hh, together.

Today I realize the absence of love I experienced before. I dont know if love fades through time or love changes as you grow older together or if it also separates the moment you both experienced being apart for so long.

Yung dating you plan your getaway together, nagiging one-sided na. Mas excited kasi sha with his travels in iloilo and being at home than looking forward for his travel with me. Because I am currently being replaced as his home for years.

Eto ba ang pag-ibig? I thought we're going through the so-called pre-marriage and post college lovey dovey, but currently I'm feeling so lost in between.

Have I lost it? Have I made the right decision?

I can't even feel the effort of coping up for the years being apart.

And all of a sudden, my last ounce of hope is shaking.

It was one heck of a ride alongside some amazing people! Surely it was a worthwhile ride and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 💐 I'm really grateful for being offered this opportunity when I was fresh out of boards before. I've learned so much from working with various ppl. 💮 Although things were quite challenging and sometimes workloads are starting to pile up, I'm glad to have my team around, working with each other means we can get the hell out of this - @cle0galile0 @nash12eat 🥀 And there was one incredible boss who mentored us and had greatly imparted so much in me. Just by looking at him from behind, I learned and grew so much. Sad to say, quite a few of his wisdom needs to be filtered ✌️😆 kidding aside, he's someone anyone can look up to. He can be with 'anyone' because of his friendly nature and the type to push anyone to chase far beyond their dreams, he was far more than what a typical boss can be. Thank you so much Sir @lovable_japes because you let me experience that workplace can be enjoyable and fun too. 🌼 Thank you for letting us be 'us'. Gonna miss a lot of our group coffee dates, lunch out and field trips 🥺 I really enjoyed the journey, Til then 👋 🌻 Although it's a little sad to leave, I'm ready to move forward and go into new adventure.
