This is my first attempt at taxidermy. It's far from perfect, but I learned a lot during the process.

I found this Cape Spotted Eagle Owl as roadkill and knew I couldn't just leave him there to rot. (Please note: I don't live in the US. This is not a protected species in my country, and there are no laws against collecting or owning their remains.)

As someone who lives where this owl is from, I'd say this is pretty darn good, I mean, it's better then some of the taxidermy I've seen in our museums lol.
