I remember my first love and I remember my last love. Its hard to believe that I can feel these things, but yet I do. I don’t love you now but I love the memories. You can never anticipate your own future but it’s hard to forget the past. I wish it didn’t hurt the way it does.

our ancestors celebrated puberty and sexual maturity  the child is divine in the sense of being fresh from heaven and possessing oceanic consciousness  but the growth during adolescence is the deific baptism and the biological divine awakening. in mensuration the woman becomes as mother goddess who creates, bears, and manifests life, and the man is now god in being capable of creatively facilitating this life

in western culture we are not prepared or nurtured for this awakened spiritual force. the first jupiter return at the age of 12 reflects this spiritual stage of development, as jupiter rules both the messiah, wisdom, religion, spiritual experience, and hormones. there are only 2 fixed ages of jesus in the bible, age 12 when he remained at the temple or his ‘father’s house’ listening to the teachings and displaying his first claim of intimate filial relationship to the Father, and the age 30 during the return of saturn. we are mostly made to feel embarrassed, shamed, an inconvenience, or secretive about this process. it generates an internal conflict, sense of separation and alienation from the physical body, one we generally interpret as rage and anger, and we wonder why teenagers feel so exiled, out of place, and confused
