Oh, this is a sad surprise to wake up to.. :( I'm looking through things and I think they deleted. I'm not following them and they're not following me, I went to my sideblog and looked through my tags and it pulls up a broken blog link, I also saw if their username pulled up anything [it was actually sillygoosedoodlez with a Z] and it also leads to a broken blog.
I was friendly with them but didn’t talk to them outside of tumblr, so I’m unfortunately not sure how to ask anyone other than people who I believe were closer to them. Even so, if they did delete I’d assume they wanted to nuke it for personal reasons and I don’t really wanna dig up anything. I've done the exact same thing before on other blogs I've had and the last thing I wanted was people digging around through my stuff I purposefully wanted to delete, so I'm only going to answer this ask and not try to dig for anything else. Their blog, their decision.
They’re a very sweet person & their art is incredible, I’m wishing them the best of luck in any future endeavors!! If somehow they see this post based on username association and looking it up from a different blog, I hope they know I loved their art [a lot of people did & do!] & that I think they're amazing, I hope they find happiness in whatever work they end up doing or fandom they end up a part of. 💖💖💖
My brother and I are playing Deltarune & he went “dude he has the freedom motif” while I was checking my discord & thought he said “dude, he has the freedom of teeth” like the end boss suddenly had a new attack where he bit you and I was so startled I yelled “FREEDOM OF WHAT NOW???”

I think I've mentioned it maybe in tags...??? Or maybe it was a post and I'm forgetting. For clarification before I actually get into my own headcanons, I don't believe I in particular have drawn Las with top surgery,,? I've seen a lot of very cool artists depict it, though! One I'm thinking of in particular is dentdechien's laslow + xander piece! But that wasn't me! I do love that illustration, though!!
I will also say that my friend @squidbian-ink / @itssquidbian has done some wonderful fic/pics exploring trans woman Laslow!

I love reading about & understanding a variety of headcanons for fictional characters! When I talk about my own headcanons, I specifically am talking about how I, me, myself, write them, but not that it's the definitive version to write them or even the correct version! For example, I've seen some takes with Peri where she's with guys and they're fun! I'm just not the one writing them; I'll just enjoy other people's takes!!
ANYWAY Here's some of my takes! :
Laslow - They/Them, He/Him & I want to say bisexual/pan and also demisexual!
I haven't talked about it publicly, but I very much hc Laslow as going on a nonbinary introspective journey either throughout the course of Fates or after. I remember playing through Fates last year and the amount of dysphoria this guy has is crazy. Anyone who doesn't think Laslow at least Ponders Gender For A Minute feels like they're missing a chunk of an interesting character [To Me]. I think you can also absolutely interpret it as things other than gender, but when I played it, I know it stuck out to Minty and I as a gender thing more than anything else. As for sexuality, I really really really doubt that Laslow has ever flirted with anyone and actually meant it until it hits like a ton of bricks. I also don't think Laslow hits on people he actually has a crush on, I think they're way too embarrassed. Overall I think they're a bisexual disaster.
Xander - He/Him, I truly think he's bisexual with a preference for men so it's VERY easy for him to not think about any kind of 'weird thoughts' he has in his youth because 'everyone has those'. While this isn't part of pride month I also hc him as having OCD / intrusive thoughts because like he would. He just would. I think it comes with the supports where he talks about his depression/having anxiety I'm like yeah throw some more mental illness on that guy. Anyway NO I'm not PROJECTING.
Peri - She/Her, I've headcanoned a few things for her while I was playing Fates but now that I've had some [months] obsessing over her, I think I'm happy with the idea of her being somewhere on the aromantic scale & lesbian! I think she sometimes feels romantic attraction/love but has a hard time distinguishing it from platonic love. I think it's very, "Oh yeah I wanna spend the rest of my life with her :D" and then realizes it's love, lol.
I have had a few people think that I ship the 3 of them together [which, like, fair, I never state it out loud] but I write them as a trio platonically! I'm happy to read other people's ideas, of course!! I'm not against the 3 of them being together, I just don't write them as poly! Mostly because Peri feels deeply lesbian to me. [TO MEEE. ME. MYSELF.]
I think most people in Fates are bisexual until proven otherwise, lol.
I also rly love takes for gender about characters but the only ones I'm dead set on are Laslow & then Leo really strikes me as transmasc but not for any particular reason I think it's just during our playthrough Minty & I mentioned it and it stuck, lol.
The other people I strictly think are lesbian/gay are:
Lesbians: Camilla, Severa/Selena, Flora.
Gay: Izana. Fork in kitchen.
I think if I thought about it, I'd probably think of more, but overall, I think everyone's bisexual disasters and can be trans in some way if you believe hard enough.

showing off the lineup of shoe ideas I came up w too bc I think it's really cool and interesting how just the shoes changed the outfit vibe completely. in the end the gothic/halloween themed doll vibe that the big chunky mary janes gave fit miss peri the best! ✌️✨
