Unique, 1987 Bishan Neighborhood 1xx point blocks with 5 room improved and “penthouse” Executive Maisonettes at top two floors.Lower one at 23/24th floor has a roof terrace.

1968-1970 Point block with 3room improved flat,72sqm without 4sqm add on utility room.Found in Queenstown and Kallang Basin estate.4 room variant is similar with additional bedroom attached to the side of the upper half of the living room.

Early 1960s 1-room emergency apartment block,central corridor with units flanking each side.(Sorry no dimensions available) 88 such blocks were built and most were torn down from 1979 onwards,except for 6 that were converted into larger flats.
