Mood for the night
If and only if
If I were to die tomorrow, let me be. Past mistakes still lingering on the corners of my mind. Constant humiliation awaiting on the other side of the horizon. How could I be so stupid to think that I fix this all by myself? I just want to help but in the end, I’m the one who’s begging for it. I want to disappear and let my name be one of those you remember while listening to a sad song.
If and only if I were to die tomorrow, let my legacy be this: The person who always danced under the rain with the hopes of washing away every mistake she ever made.
Forgive yourself for the decisions you have made, the ones you still call mistakes when you tuck them in at night.

But never have I been a blue calm sea. I have always been a storm.

#3 Hiding under a blanket
Traumas fucking suck. I mean, we didn’t do it to ourselves. Somebody else did and yet here we are, hiding under a blanket when someone knocks on our door. We want to get out and let them in but what if the “monster in the closet” isn’t in the closet anymore? What if it is someone disguised as an angel only for you to be burned at the end?
#2 : Lost Passion, Lost Self
A lost word in my vocabulary is a part of me gone. I tried chasing those pieces but it seems like I’m facing the strongest current I have ever encountered. I miss the days when I was complete. Like writing poems is just as easy as blinking. Now, I’m slowly burning myself out along with what’s left of me.
#1 Dim
I know this isn’t right
You’re always looking for somebody else’s light
You said you love me
But why does it look like I’m the villain in your story?
