Should she be over disrespectful there will be a public punishment.

SILVERTONGUE FALLS
A popular destination among islanders for parties, swimming, and relaxation, Silvertongue Falls is more commonly known among islanders as simply 'The Waterfall'. An old island tradition holds that if you want your love to last, you should venture into the cave behind the falls and etch your names into the rock, and the water will whisper your names together for eternity. At the shore of the pool, an assortment of boulders and driftwood have been gathered as makeshift seats, a firepit at their center. For the duration of Delphine's gift of snow, the waterfall has been magically made into a hot springs, and lifeguards employed by The Institute have been temporarily reassigned from the beaches.

ALE BOLIVAR VICENTE SANCHEZ'S OFF-CAMPUS HOME
A villa on two acres of private property, including a stretch of private beach. The property is clearly owned by someone serious about security, judging by the privacy fence that surrounds the land on all sides but the beachfront and the biometric scanner at the only gate. Much of the land is allowed to grow wild and natural, with only the area directly around the house cut back, the landscaping artfully blending into its surroundings. The home itself is simple, natural, and modern. Slide-away glass walls provide access to open air, while teak panels wrap the second story in airy balconies. Portholes look out on a pergola-covered terrace with living and dining areas, as well as a pool. The space is comfortable, but practical and utilitarian. The master bedroom is distinguishable from the other four only by its king-size bed, and the only nods to entertainment besides the pool are a fully restored 1927 Steinway Model L piano, and a single magically enhanced glass wall in the living area which can be converted into a television screen at the touch of a button. Though the house is simple and almost technophobic in some ways–all rooms but the bedrooms forgo air-conditioning in favor of large ceiling fans, for example–all of the lights and appliances in the home are wired into a single, custom smart house system. A spiral staircase provides access to the roof, which is home to several solar panels on one side and a small roof-top garden on the other.
WHY DID YOUR MUSE CHOOSE THIS HOME?:
Ale had never even considered moving out of the suites before the island was attacked. Everything he owned on the island was lost in the destruction of the dormitory building. This wasn’t a particularly meaningful loss emotionally or financially–Ale is a very rich man who stores his significant possessions very securely, after losing centuries of his life because he was careless–but it annoyed him, and while he is suitably impressed with the new headmistress and her ability to secure the island, he’s decided he’d feel better adding his own security on top of hers if he’s going to make this island his home. He chose to build on private land in North Shore mostly because he values his privacy and his peace; the out of the way location and security make it unlikely he’ll be disturbed, and the untamed portion of the land allows him room to run in fox form.

THE FOXHOLE
The Foxhole, formerly known as The Conclave, is a fitness club with a focus on strength, agility, and combat. Remodeled in 2023, The Foxhole is industrial and utilitarian in design, but the equipment is all high tech and state of the art. Membership at The Foxhole grants members access to the full schedule of classes, which includes everything from boxing, to martial arts, to aerial silks; membership is available for an annual fee, determined on a sliding scale based on status, income, and how much you annoy or endear yourself to the owner. Classes are high intensity and high energy; owner Ale Bolivar has no patience for lack of effort, so if you’re looking for a light workout, you’re in the wrong place. Beginners welcome so long as they are willing to work. Sparring rings are always open for anyone in need of a good fight. After dark, the focus turns from the gym downstairs to the dark, moody ring upstairs. Fights are held nightly. Fight Nights are ticketed events; members receive three free tickets a month, with a 50% discount on tickets after they’re used. Members may bring one guest at the 50% rate. The Foxhole accepts only willing fighters. Impressing the owner can earn you a paying job as a house fighter, but anyone in attendance may volunteer to step into the ring. Fight Nights offer a full bar, appetizers, and in house betting concierge for those interested in putting money down; the first two drinks are free with ticket purchase. Any species may fight, but supernatural fighters may fight unbound only when fighting other supers, and only if both parties agree. Healers are kept on hand to attend to severe injuries promptly.

A Venetian palace by the edge of the North Shore waters by Vinca Beach, this is the perfect home for a siren. It has everything a staircase or two away in the privacy of his home, but it's still close enough to the rest of the public for anything else he may need. A slave quarters in the basement is enough to give Paris his own privacy, but still allowing them to be at his beck and call when necessary. It even has a statue garden full of Ness original sculptures, and a multitude of pools to swim in.
