People can be very, very cruel.

In extreme ways, in simple ways, and both will find their way underneath your skin. I believe though, very strongly, that there’s been quite enough of people choosing battles for other people.

I may be splitting hairs but I think it was more a continual adjustment rather than it was a long one. Somehow it feels like long implies that I was unhappy, and I wasn’t.
