Guilt free simple cookies! 1/2 can of pumpkin purée 1 cup of traditional rolled oats 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/8 cup of gluten free flour (I use brown rice flour) And hand full of any dried fruit of your choice I used sultanas but cranberries would also work well! You can also add any chopped nuts you like!
Mix everything together.
Cook in oven at 180C for roughly 10 minutes. Simple as that!
Depending on size of your cookies makes roughly 10 :)
