so we all know dr. rosehearts sucks ass. hard. horribly. we hate her.
but what about riddle one day getting married? his father sure as hell wouldn't be walking him down the aisle (or whatever such ceremony is being performed, but the image of riddle being walked down the aisle is one that you can pry out of my cold dead hands). in a perfect world, he cuts his mom off as soon as he gets somewhere else to stay.
so, who does walk him down the aisle?
trey and che'nya.
they're his longest standing companions, family in all but blood. i could see che'nya being some sort of chaotic ring bearer, but either way, those two would absolutely be heavily involved in riddle's wedding because they're the closest thing he has to decently healthy familial relationships.
imagine the clovers and pinkers in the audience (is that what you'd call that?), seeing how riddle's grown from the small child sneaking out to play with their respective children to the young man at the altar (or whatever such) getting married.
