Pianos are hard to draw. Real hard. Yeah……….
“Well, that’s not the right way to make friends, does it?”
“…”
“What do you mean?”
"You should try and sound more welcoming. Like introducing yourself, for instance."
heavenseventh ventured into the moonlight.
“And just who might you be? There has been a lot of new people around here lately…”
“Hee hee~ Pardon me, sir, but I believe it’s rather rude to ask for someone’s name without introducing oneself.”
“My name is Saix. And I would care about being rude why?”
“Oh, forgive me - I wasn’t aware that you weren’t taught about common courtesy.”
“See? That wasn’t so bad, was it? My name is Joshua. A pleasure, Saix.”
“Oh, don’t worry about that, I have the best manners in the world, I just do not feel like I need to use them. And who are you then? Joshua?”
"That would be a shame, you're just leaving it to rust!"
"As for who I am... Well, why don't you try and make a guess?"
You’re fucked
Reblog if I can come into your inbox and start a conversation in character.
Shiki’s eyes went wide at what she saw. She and the others hadn’t been in the first district in a while, since there was so much to explore in Traverse Town. But she hadn’t expected much to change.
“Josh, how in the world did you manage all this?”
Indeed, Joshua spent a good few weeks renovating the first district. In general, it definitely feels more... Shibuya. A couple of shops seemed to have appeared, with the noticeable Reaper's decal on the side. More walls were now decked with the city's signature murals, and a few billboards seemed to have made its way towards the taller structures. Most noticeable, of course, is a replica of Hachiko's statue by the left.
"I managed to bribe a couple of workers for me," he shrugged, as if he never even broke a sweat.
(It was true - the fun part about being Composer was that you didn't need to physically do much.)
"It's still not home - I can't possibly summon people, and there are still Dream Eaters around, but if my negotiations are successful, the Moogles should be able to open designer shops in a few days."

Memories obscure… But feeling so sure.
I’ve not forgotten battles we both fought in fleur—innocente and heavenseventh.
“Hey.”

Kairi recalled when Riku told her about a group of kids their age he’d met in Traverse Town. But the town looked extremely different now, nothing like itself at all. It felt strange to her like it wasn’t normal, unnatural.
Startled, Kairi turned around to the sound of a young voice. It belonged to a boy about her age who stood atop a building.
“Huh? He did this?” She took one more look around the area before looking back up at him. “But how?” Naturally, she didn’t expect him to hear her, being far away and all. Really, she was just thinking out loud.
Joshua managed to catch the words, however. He reacted the usual way he greeted the unfamiliar faces that landed upon here one time ago - by giggling, and jumping from the top. His landing slows down the closer he gets to the ground, and when his feet met land, there was no sound save for a small tap.
"The power of Imagination," he said simply. It wasn't a full lie - he was no stranger to manipulating dreams, and while making a world look somewhat more like Shibuya is no easy feat, Traverse Town's sleeping state made it easier to be influenced by outside sources. In fact, one could say that the change of surrounds was more of a reaction upon their arrival, rather than a change forced by one's hand - Joshua simply helped it flow along.
"So you must be Kairi." He greeted. "Please, enjoy your stay. Just be careful of the Dream Eaters prowling about."
Put a word in my ask and I will write a Headcanon about it for my Muse.

vengefulenigma:
Lips drew themselves to a fine line as red amber eye followed the youth. The village, simple as it was, lingered close to Realm of Darkness. Unnoticed and and ruled over by its people in a state of peace, there were but few dangers that lingered within the paved brick streets. Sun captured within the ever present state of failing, he had grown somewhat attached to Twilight Town. To recreate it took months work of research of data to prefect the replicate Heart and life force that drove the world above. No more a stage set for certain pawns put into motion while the Key still slept. Yet in comparison to his late Space Paranoids, this world remained to be his finest work. A few bugs still yet lingered, though this place should have been left virtually invisible to those of the outside world. He would have laughed to the comment made on its frequency being noticeable. Yet here the boy stood, like the handful of trespassers that came before him…
The old man let out a low hum, eye closing for a moment as the child’s focus made his rounds about the town square. “Your name?”
Immediately Joshua ceased his pacing, and turns back to his sole companion. Violet met gold and for a moment he turns contemplative, as if studying the aged man. Mind reading and imprinting were powers beyond his reach within this domain, but he could still do a good guess or two. The man sounded to be in charge of the world's security - perhaps even more, since he seemed intent on keeping this land private. If he was a Composer, then he was a terrible one, if he had no idea on who Joshua could be.
But well, he was not yet used to completely different worlds from his own. Perhaps this man operated on a completely different system?
"Usually I'd consider it rude for someone to ask names without introducing, but since I did intrude upon your private space..." He giggled. "The name's Yoshiya Kiryu, but do call me Joshua."
Katelyn and I made a beautiful doodle. Everything on this artwork represents a little part of our kaleidoscope hearts.
Includes a cocky person who apparently got a 4.5 GPA, burgers, salt, glasses necklace, totem poles, confetti cupcakes, and much, much more.
DiZ raised a brow but said nothing in retort at first. A blip? That was certainly a word choice for it. Yet another hacker searching for answers, it would seem. “On the contrary…” he started flatly in a low tone. Nostrils flaring in a slight agitated sigh, the sage’s arms crossed to their normal hold behind his back. “Curiosity aside, this world remains to be a closed system. I should not have thought outsiders like yourself could have found this place so easily.”
His eyes sparked at the accusation. Teasing. Challenging.
"Is that so?" The boy feigns innocence, but despite his reaction the truth is clear - he knows.
"You might want to fix it then, your frequency was rather noticeable." Well, it wasn't exactly noticeable. It was in fact very faint, and almost impossible to discover. If not for its strange nature, Joshua would have been unable to find and jump into this world.
But well - he was good at finding things that were meant to be hidden. Just another one of his necessary skills as a Composer.
He casually strolls around the square, seemingly failing to notice the frustration from this masked man. The town was so desolate and quiet - he immediately decided that he didn't like this world at all.
