Home Again | Open

It'd been a while since Kairi visited Radiant Garden, her very early childhood home. Deep down, she missed the brilliant world very much and always yearned to see it. So there she was, back "home" again. However, the day of her visit, the town seemed empty, not one person outdoors, no one manning or browsing the various shops. Maybe it was lunch time? Maybe everyone was busy? Well, with reconstruction finally complete it was no wonder to see the town so quiet. It would take a while for the residents to get used to it, she supposed.

Looking around, Kairi stepped forward until the red head reached the center of town. "Hmm. Isn't there on person around? Maybe they're busy with work. Isn't anyone here at all?"

((Let's just assume Radiant Garden has been completely restored to make this easier. xP sorryitsucks))

Okay, so I know I haven’t been as active as usual. That’s mainly because my attention has been focused on making this. For those of you who know, queenminniemouse hasn’t been doing so great lately. She’s on hiatus due to an eye surgery and is bummed about it, as she should be.

For some reason or another, tumblr has been really questionable with sending my asks. So I went for something a little more creative. I made her a video essentially saying get well soon. This took an ETERNITY! Scripting the entire thing, making sure I had the clips to match, mixing all the sound so it didn’t make you deaf, getting the animation perfect. Wow. But it was totally worth it for a really good friend. ^^

Anyway, I want to make sure that she sees this. So, if everybody could do me a solid and either reblog this or pass it around, I would really appreciate it. She’s such an awesome person and I really want this to put a smile on her face! But the only way for that to happen is if she sees this! :D

Not So Distant Memories [Kairi & Larxene]

The blonde looked down at her black coat. “Guess it’s kind of a giveaway,” she said bluntly. “But I’ve seen impostors wearing these things, so it’s not a guarantee they’re part of the Organization…”

Larxene folded her arms and eyed Kairi curiously. “What do you know about the Organization anyway?” she asked, tapping her elbow with a gloved hand.

She could tell the girl was still nervous. And why shouldn’t she be? It was a natural reaction. In fact, it actually made Larxene tingle a little inside. It was a good feeling to be intimidating.

Kairi’s next question made her sigh. “Leaving’s not so simple, little one,” she said with a shrug. “You try and turn traitor and they’ll eliminate you. Either by turning you into a Dusk or wiping you from existence altogether…”

She wasn’t sure why she was telling Kairi this, but what harm could it do?

Imposters. Riku wore that coat once. Hopefully, she wasn't referring to him. Really, Kairi didn't see Riku as an imposter of anything. Either way, the female nobody had a point.

Kairi really didn't want to answer this question. What if something bad came out of it? "I know that they want to be whole, so they gather hearts." Memories recalled of that time when the three friends all fought at the castle in The World That Never Was. But of course, she didn't mention that she'd been there before.

"That's...terrible," she replied to Larxene's point about running away. Really, it was unfair. "That's not right for them to force you to stay." She'd been captured by the Organization before for what only seemed like a few days. To be there a lifetime would be torture.
