Some people are afraid to say no or are afraid that you will get mad at them! This is to say that you would prefer people politely tell you NO if they don't want to do something!

Calypso froze, his head snapping up, “ What? “ He didn’t want to finish the sinew in his mouth but he managed to swallow it. That high of indulgence was gone and he was very aware of the bolus as it traveled down his esophagus and into that pit of dread and disgust in his stomach

He sat there for a moment collecting his thoughts and stewing in his own shame and anxiety before he shoved the plate away and stood up

“ I can’t believe you- “ he snapped, stomping off, “ i don’t even get paid to indulge your fucking fetish- “ he was gonna be sick- he can feel it

“Mmnope.” Romeo was on his feet in a second, wrapping an arm around Calypso’s waist, trapping the smaller demon against his chest, arms pinned at his sides. His free hand clapped over Calypso’s mouth, preventing any potential biting (or vomit) from the succubus. “Like you'd take my money even if I offered it.”

Okay, maybe he had edged a bit too far, knowing Calypso's whole twisted mentality around physical food, but this whole reaction was a bit dramatic.

“Trust me, if I were into this shit, I wouldn't give you the time of day, Twiggy. A little meat on the bones is nice, but you know I prefer the inside to the outside.” A declaration that would make even him raise an eyebrow if he were observing this discussion from an outside perspective; why the hell was he with Calypso if he cared about someone's personality?

“I meant it's nice to see you eat something for our baby. The kid can't survive off of pheromones alone, you know that. It's nice that you're willing to make an exception and that you've found something you enjoy eating.”

Chaz was alright, a fun hookup every once in awhile, but entirely forgettable in Calypso’s mind. If Chaz hadn’t told him, he would’ve never known (or cared) about his death

“That bitch who tries to make up for her lack of tits with a lack of a personality?” Velvette cackled, skimming through her ingredients and tossing a bottle of rosé, cork and all, into the cauldron. “Poor Shok.Wav's gonna get heartburn from that prude.”
