I have one week to get skinny
I havenβt seen him this week, and I gained a lot of weight in the past couple days
This week Iβm going work hard to get thin again, no matter how draining itβs going to be I will be skinny for him
6 minute workout before bed
Take walk around neighborhood(optional)

12 minute workout before bed
Only boxed/canned foods (besides fruits/veggies)
Think before you eat. Do you need it? Are you REALLY hungry? Are you bored? Is it going to make you thin? Are you sticking to your diet?
If tempted have a cough drop, sleep, read, study, sit on your hands, draw, or eat a lot of salt
While in school, fidget and remember that asking for your friends food is selfish
Not a lot of protein (bananas, peanut butter, uhm idk etc.)
Main foods foods can be rice, bread, crackers, veggies
Ok thatβs all and reminder that this is just for me. I donβt promote this kinda stuff and this blog is really just like a diary. So please be safe and remember you are beautiful no matter what your brain says.
