Okay so in the dbh side of the fandom we have Connor being scared of heights post Daniel incident if he falls—but have we considered Norman being afraid of heights after his fight with Shelby?

Norman gets back from Philadelphia and just immediately dies. He was 100% fighting off a a nasty cold the whole time he was investigating, probably had a good few injuries from the amount of fights he was in, he probably barely ate or drank at all while investigating, and Shelby had to have at the least concussed him. he definitely passed out for a good seventeen hours immediately after getting home.

I feel like Norman would like reading. I don't think he's a diehard bookworm or anything like that but he's the type of person to always have a book on his bedside table he reads one or two chapters of before falling asleep.

Norman having GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) and lowkey feeling embarrassed as hell over it hc my beloved.

He feels so small and pathetic whenever he has to leave an event early or he ends up panicked and barely able to speak to people, and he can barely ever sleep at night because he's constantly worried and stressed about someone breaking in or something else happening, and the drugs and ari don't help.

Lowkey sometimes I wish we acknowledged Shaun more cuz like that kid has gone through so much at the age of 10 bro 😭 I really hope Ethan got him through some kind of therapy or just something to help with his trauma cuz omg.

I feel like we as a fandom need to discuss family friend Norman more.

Like I love Norman x Ethan as well but hear me out Norman being the close friend who becomes the cool gay uncle to Shaun and comes down from Washington once or twice a year maybe at Thanksgiving or Christmas time cuz he's lonely af™️ and Ethan takes pity /silly.

Shaun thinks he's this really cool FBI Agent but he's really just an anxiety-filled idiot who can't interact normally with anyone for shit.
