Why is "Porn" Legal & Not "Prostitution" in the US Porn is Regulated by the Federal Government & is 100% Legal Under Federal Law Whereas "Prostitution" is Under the Laws of Each US State in Most States the Act of Prostitution is illegal the Key Difference Between Porn & Prostitution is in Porn the Performers Performing Sexual Acts on Each Other are Not Paying Each Other for any Sexual Service the Performers are Usually Paid by a Producer Who is Not Directly Involved in Performing Any Sexual Acts with the Performers Whereas in Prostitution a Individual is Directly Paying Another for Sexual Services Main Reason Porn is Generally Considered "Legal" Whereas Prostitution is Not!
