I found it on YouTube; I wish it was the whole match. You can use the speed control to slow the clip down and catch all of the punches in slow motion.

Yuri Gordyenko (Paul DeMarco) (263 lb.) and Alexis Smirnoff (271 lb.) both from Leningrad, Russia work together well as a tag team.

They isolate the weaker or less skilled of their opponent team. After a tag the incoming teammate often works on the same body part, hold or strike as the one that just tagged out.

Gordyenko will often repeat the same kick or stomp to the same body part four to eight times in a row.

Sometimes one teammate will block the escape of the opponent from their corner until the tagged-in mate is in the ring and in control of the opponent.

Armbars are frequently used; when the opponent is on their back, the Russians add punishment with their forearm or knee on the opponent's side of their face, neck or just trapping the opponent's head between their legs. At the very least this additional pressure from the other arm or knee is annoying, controlling, humiliating, grinds their face into the mat, cutting off blood flow through the carotid artery or even what is effectively a choke.

In the match with Mike Richards, Richards is kept in the ring corner before finally submitting as the Russian team tag in and out after every punishing move on his arm after his arm and shoulder had been pummeled and weakened throughout the match.

In the Sanchez and Curtis match, the Russians submit both of them at least twice each and at the same time in after the bell action.

In the Sanchez and Bold Eagle match, the Russians make quick work of the rookie Native American wrestler.

Mike Richards especially, is a good screamer, increasingly as the punishment is delivered again and again to his left arm and shoulder. Turn the volume way up and slow the video down to 0.75 or 0.5 to get the full effect.

I've viewed these matches a number of times. They as well as other matches are like movies. The more you watch them, the more you see that you didn't see the first time.

Hakushi vs Brian Walsh - Hakushi, a thick bodied, muscled wrestler, lots of high and reverse kicks, high flying neck scissors turned into a schoolboy and rollup pin.

Dean Douglas vs Tim McNeanie (sp?) - lots of strikes to the head: fists, forearm smashes, back of the elbow, stomps, slam into the turnbuckle, neck punishment: choke over the ring rope, neck crank, camel clutch.

Fatu vs Reginald Walker (known in Memphis as "Reggie B. Fine")

British Bulldog vs Tony Williams - Thick muscle-built Bulldog, beatdown with forearm smashes, back elbow smash, head butts, stomps, in between the beatdowns Bulldog pauses, poses, gloats, smiles and just looks good.

Indus and Sher

What an arrogant smirk as he sees his laughable competition, thinking this is gonna be fun.

I posted this match previously, but Tumblr quit connecting to the video for some reason, so here is the link.

Indus and Sher, a tag team from Indian beat down a much small team of wrestlers. Both Indus and Sher are bearded. Indus is taller than his tag team partner Sher. Both are angry they don't get the respect in America that they do in India. I'm not sure what they are hiding under the skirts, but I suspect they skipped leg day at the gym.

The big man cordially invites him into the ring and into his physical undoing.

His massive hairy chest looms over the weaker man’s head so all he can do is look up in fear.

The sheer size of Indus and Sher as they sandwich an opponent nowhere near 1/2 the size of just one of them is amazing. No mercy is offered. They double team the weaker man and celebrate their success against him and his pathetic partner.

Indus and Sher put their extraordinary size and weight advantages to devastating use.
