Tips for Becoming More confident
1. Stop discounting your successes - start affirming them instead. Don’t say “Oh, it’s nothing” or “Everyone could do that”. Treat, and talk to, yourself as you would a good friend.
2. Develop a positive attitude, and choose to get your mind off the negatives. For example, write down three things that went well each day, and three separate things that you are thankful for.
3. Work on your appearance; make an effort to create a look you feel good about. A look that reflects who you feel you are.
4. Don’t be a doormat. Don’t just follow the crowd. Think about your needs and what YOU want from life.
5. Be willing to take risks. If you don’t take a risk then nothing’s going to change – and you’ll be stuck in a rut going nowhere in life.
“If you hear people from my past speak of me. Keep in mind they are speaking of a person they don’t even know any more.”
— Unknown
Why does every single conversation I have with someone feel like a performance. I am performing the act of communicating which to most, comes naturally but for me, it’s like I need 100% of my cognitive capacity and to constantly calculate the best response, best tone, best gestures for the given moment and then do it over and over again perfectly until the conversation ends in order to have had a normal one and it’s so exhausting I feel like a fucking robot
How to be more Self-Disciplined
1. Choose to act, or to do what you should you. Don’t wait until you feel that you are in the right mood.
2. Decide to keep on going, and to finish what you’ve started. Don’t allow yourself to give up when you’re only part way through.
3. Be honest with yourself and call yourself on the excuses. They’re often just a cover for not wanting to do something.
4. Plan ahead and break large goals down into smaller, short-term goals – and put these on a calendar, and tick them off each day.
5. Remind yourself how great you’ll feel when later you’ve achieved and reached the goals you set yourself, and have that better life.
6. Also, distinguish what’s important and will matter down the road, from what is temporary – or seems worthwhile in the moment.
7. Try not to be distracted by the things that eat up time - like gaming, watching movies or just hanging out with friends.
8. Hang out with other people who display self-discipline, and understand the value of working hard right now.

Why Do I Feel Unloveable?
Often when people feel unloveable, it is tied into one of the following reasons:
1. As a child, a parent or authority figure either told you – or sent out the message that – you were unloveable. Because of that, you came to believe that your core self was deficient, unacceptable or inadequate. Now you find it hard to believe that anyone could ever love you as you, just for being you.
2. You experienced rejection, desertion or abandonment in one of your closest relationships. Now love feels scary, and is a source of anxiety and fear – rather than healing and security.
3. You feel regret for something you did, or the way you treated a person you loved. Hence, you don’t believe you deserved to be loved, or you fear you will make a mistake again.
4. You have developed a series of flawed beliefs that have coloured your expectations for love. For example, you may have concluded that love leads to pain …. or that no-one can be trusted … or love always ends.
5. A voice in your head says you cannot change so you don’t believe that “you have what it takes”. But none of us is perfect; we’re all on a journey; and if we choose to take a risk then we’ll find that we can change.
Fictional INFPs: Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff)
“I used to think of myself one way. But, after this, I am something else. And still me, I think. But… that’s not what everyone else sees.”
Introverted Feeling (Fi) - With Fi as their dominant function, INFPs live primarily in a rich inner world of emotion. They seek to live a life as true to themselves as possible, and rely heavily on their emotions and principles for guidance.
Extraverted Intuition (Ne) - INFPs engage the outside world primarily through intuition. They are adept at seeing the big picture, understanding patterns and the flow of existence from the past toward the future.
Introverted Sensing (Si) - Seeking to protect what is familiar, Si draws upon history to form goals and expectations about what will happen in the future. This function also gives INFPs a natural inclination toward “other-worldliness.”
Extraverted Thinking - Te seeks logical explanations for actions, events, and conclusions, looking for faulty reasoning and lapses in sequence. This function helps INFPs focus on external details, but being the inferior function, requires the expenditure of greater energy.

How To Make Yourself Do What You Don’t Want to Do
1. Rather than listening to the voice in your head that is screaming “I hate this; I don’t want to do this” think about why it is a GOOD thing to do.
2. Instead of trying to pretend that you don’t feel this way, accept that you are feeling very blah and negative.
3. Don’t think about results and how well you think you’ll do, as this could raise your feelings of anxiety and fear, just think about “right now” and the first thing you can do.
4. Accept that life is tough, and is full of things that suck – but recognise that doing hard stuff is better in the end. You’ll likely have more choices and freedom, if you do.
5. Just do a little bit for now – then give yourself a proper break – then go back and do some more – and soon you’ll find you’re in the flow.
6. Don’t allow your mind to wander and think of other things. Stay focused for that short time – and then stop, and have fun.
